Summary000894: Advertisment Plug-In
DescriptionAn Advertisment plugin which can display a number of phrases(i proposed 10 of them) the same way you see the message "welcome to n-ice server...."

It should be controlled from IRC with commands like
!addphrase Come and check out our new thread on the forum (example)

Also, it should display the phrases (!listphrases) on irc

It should write the phrases after a certain time
Phrase 1 x-time ; Phrase 2 x-time+ 10 minutes; Phrase 3 x-time +20 minutes(example)

We can use this to advertise our projects in the servers
Also it should have commands like !stopadvertisment or !startadvertisment so we can have a better control over it.

we'd also need a remove command so phrases can be removed, but i am quite sure you had that in mind anyway and just forgot to mention here.

also i will make it one command ("!advertisement" but with an alias "!ad" that can be used too) which accepts parameters. simply because privileges are given per command and i think it's not necessary to add 3 separate privileges here (each for add, remove and list command).

so the syntax would be:
!ad add <Frequency> [<Type>] <Text>
!ad list
!ad remove <ID>

- <Frequency> is the frequency of announcements in seconds.
- <ID> is the ID of the ad that should be removed, an ID will be shown for each entry in the "list" command.
- <Type> can be either "news" (show text as newspaper message) or "chat" (show text on chat) - it is optional, if omitted the text will be shown on the chat
- <Text> is the actual text to show on chat or newspaper

what do you think?
